Best Edmonton Neighbourhoods to Live in

The best Edmonton neighbourhoods to live in based on how fast a home sells based on stats up to September 2013 have shifted a little since last month.  These stats are based on single family detached home sales from October 2012 to September 2013.  I've included areas with 5 or more home sales.

The fastest selling neighbourhoods for single family detached homes include:

1) West Jasper Place 22 days
1) Cloverdale 22 days
3) Thorncliffe 23 days
4) Capilano 24 days
4) Malmo Plains 24 days
4) Aspen Gardens 24 days
7) Canora 26 days
8) Meadowlark Park 26 days
9) Evansdale 27 days
10) Hillview 28 days

There are some familiar faces from the top ten last month.  Cloverdale has managed to stay in the top two, after beingnumber 1 last month.  West Jasper Place in the west end jumped up from 10th on the list last month.  Evansdale, Aspen Gardens, Malmo Plains, Capilano and Meadowlark Park were all in the top 10 last month.  Hillview (Millwoods), Thorncliffe and Canora in the west end are new to the top 10 from last month.

The top 10 neighbourhoods continue to be spread around the city including central, north side, west end, south central and southeast areas of the city.
