The Duggan home sale price per square foot has slipped to $218 in October, although that is based on only 2 sales and one of those sales was a 2 story which tend to sell lower per square foot. Therefore, I expect Duggan will rebound as we finish the year and likely move back or above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  It is interesting that prior to 2012, Duggan was selling well above the Edmonton average, but now sells closer to the Edmonton average.  The average sold price for a home in Duggan in 2013 has been $391,984.  The highest selling price for a house in Duggan year to date is $480,500.  The average time it takes to sell a house in Duggan in the previous 90 days has been 31 days.
