The Top Edmonton neighbourhoods based on full priced offer is a convenient way to see how many homes in a neighbourhood have likely ended up in a multilple offer situation.  A home rarely sells for list price or higher unless a bidding war happens.  New subdivisions do often have homes that sell for list price or higher due to builders adding in features to the price of a home.  Here are the top 10 neighbourhoods with full priced offers over the previous 12 months (October 2012 to September 2013).

Chapelle, Windermere and Summerside are newer areas and stats could be a little skewed due to builder sales.  Like last month, the Mill Creek Ravine areas predominate the list: King Edward Park, Bonnie Doon and Ritchie.  Two northwest areas made the list, Inglewood and Calder.  Both of these neighbourhoods have good access to downtown and the Yellowhead Freeway.
