Windermere Edmonton average home price

The Windermere area is a newer area in southwest Edmonton, the average sale price for a house is currently at $750,634 based on year to date sales.  Windermere has had a much higher average sale price in 2008, when the neighbourhood averaged $2,780,000.  That is a little misleading though as that was based on only 2 sales.  The Windermere neighbourhood is a newer area and the sales can be skewed due to few sales in the earlier years.  The Windermere area has seen its property values appreciate by 29% since 2009 (that was the year when there were a decent number of sales).
