Best Edmonton Neighbourhoods based on Days on Market

The best Edmonton neighbourhoods to live in based on how fast a home sells include stats over the last 12 months (November 2012 to October 2013).  These stats are based on single family detached home sales.  I've only included areas that have 5 or more home sales in the 12 month period.

The fastest selling neighbourhoods for single family detached homes include:

1) West Jasper Place 21.3 days
2) Brander Gardens 22.3 days
2) Capilano 22.3 days
4) Thorncliffe 22.8 days
5) Malmo Plains 23.1 days
6) Aspen Gardens 23.4 days
7) Garneau 24.7 days
8) Lendrum Place 24.8 days
9) Holyrood 24.9 days
10) Hillview 25.5 days

West Jasper Place continues to lead the way, taking only 21.3 days to sell.  Most of the areas are the same from last month, but Garneau, Lendrum Place, Holyrood and Brander Gardens are new to the top 10 list.  Cloverdale, Canora, Meadowlark Park and Evansdale dropped off the top 10 list from last month.

The top 10 neighbourhoods continue to be spread around the city including central, north side, west end, south central and southeast areas of the city.
