Parkview Home Selling Prices in Edmonton

The average selling price for a single family home in Parkview slipped in 2015 to $586,431.  As has been mentioned before in other blog posts, the Parkview average sale price can fluctuate based on how many homes sell in East Parkview (Valleyview), or the area east of 142 street.  Those homes sell for substantially more than homes on the west side of 142 street.  The average time to sell a home in Parkview last year was 37 days, that is 10 days faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 47.  The highest price that a home sold for in Parkview last year was $1,850,000 and the most affordable home sold for $314,000.  That home was located on 149 street.  So far in 2016 there has only been one home sold in the area, so the average selling price will definitely move higher than the $407,500.
