So far in 2016, the average selling price for a single family detached home in the south side neighbourhood of Callaghan has slipped from last year.  Currently, Callaghan has an average sale price of $527,166, however that is based on only 3 sales year to date.  Last year, Callaghan was selling for $587,476 which was also off from the selling price the year before.
