The average selling price for a house in the Highlands, Edmonton has dipped in 2016 to $398,196.  This is closer to the 2014 average selling price, and approximately $40,000 off the 2015 average.  There were three homes that sold in 2015 that were over $750,000 and that did skew the average higher.  For comparison, this year the highest sold price for a home was $560,000 in the Highlands.  The average time it takes to sell a home in the Highlands this year has been 47 days.
