The real estate market in Lago Lindo has bounced above and below the Edmonton average on a selling price per square foot basis. The Lago Lindo average has actually stayed higher in the last 2 quarters of 2010, while the Edmonton markets' sold price per square foot has fallen. Lago Lindo does have a high number of split level homes and depending on the layout, 3 levels instead of 2 levels sometimes are included in the square footage.
