The Elmwood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has had a remarkable run up throughout the last 2 years.  Ever since the beginning of 2010, the Elmwood market has been strongly outperforming the Edmonton market on a selling price per square foot basis.  Elmwood has not slowed down, and has been steadily increasing since the 2nd quarter of 2010 and into 2011.  The Edmonton average sold price per square foot has weakened since the 2nd quarter of 2010.  So, not only is Elmwood stronger than the Edmonton average, it is going in the opposite direction!
