The Gold Bar Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has generally been stronger than the Edmonton selling price per square foot. Gold Bar has an interesting pattern of dipping in the first quarter of the year on a sold price per square foot basis. Gold Bar started 2010 out weakly but quickly recovered. We will see if the pattern continues in Gold Bar in the next quarter of 2011.
