The Sweet Grass Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been weaker than the Edmonton selling price per square foot throughout 2009 and 2010. This is a little misleading as Sweet Grass has a higher percentage of split level and two story homes. These homes tend to sell for a lower sold price per square foot than a bungalow or bilevel style home. Sweet Grass has followed the general trendline of selling price per square foot that Edmonton has followed.
