Queen Mary Park Edmonton Real Estate

The Queen Mary Park Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has recovered from the lows of the last quarter of 2010 and early 2011.  April was a good month in Queen Mary Park as the average sold price per square foot jumped considerably.  I must caution that this is only based on one home sale, so that is a real small sample size.  We shall see what happens as more homes sell in Queen Mary Park.  This is another neighbourhood that is very close to the Municipal Airport land that is being redeveloped. The prices will likely be positively impacted by this development.  It will be interesting to see in coming quarters whether Queen Mary Park begins to strongly outperform the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.
