Lago Lindo Edmonton Real Estate

The Lago Lindo Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has followed the Edmonton average selling price per square foot quite closely over the last few years.  Lago Lindo has continued this pattern into 2011, the first 2 quarters Lago Lindo has been virtually indentical to the Edmonton average for single family detached homes (on a per square foot basis).  This past quarter has seen a jump in Lago Lindo average sold price per square foot, while Edmonton has seen a softening.  The highest sale price for a single family detached home in Lago Lindo this quarter of 2011 was $367,000.  The average days on market in Lago Lindo this quarter of 2011 was 42 days, this compares favorably to the Edmonton average time to sell which was 48 days.
