The Glenora Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot shot up this quarter of 2011.  The average selling price per square foot was $433/ sq ft this quarter of 2011 in Glenora!!!  There were 2 homes sold in Glenora over a million dollars, the highest sale price in Glenora was $3,175,000 and that sale pulled the average selling price up considerably.  The average days on market this quarter in Glenora was 147 days, which looks high at first glance.  If you look at the median days on market, it was lower at 58 days.  Still higher than the Edmonton average time to sell of 48 days, but this isn't too surprising as higher end homes do tend to take longer to sell.
