Silver Berry Edmonton Real Estate

The Silver Berry Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to mirror the overall Edmonton average selling price per square foot into the end of 2011.   Silver Berry has not slipped as much off of the 2nd quarter 2011 high as the rest of Edmonton has.  I think this has to do with Silver Berry's high number of newer starter homes.  These homes continue to be in good demand in the current market.  The average time to sell a home in Silver Berry since November 1 has been 37 days which is quicker than the Edmonton average days on market of 51 days in the same time period.  The highest sale price recorded in Silver Berry since November 1st was a healthy $456,000.
