The Cumberland Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been following the general trendline that the Edmonton selling price per square foot has in 2011. This northwest neighbourhood of  Cumberland did peak earlier than Edmonton, Cumberland peaked in the first quarter of 2011, where Edmonton peaked in the second quarter.  Cumberland has been unable to return to the Edmonton average sold price per square foot, Cumberland was keeping pace with the Edmonton average in 2009.  The highest sale price recorded in Cumberland so far in October and November was $640,500 and the average time to sell a home in Cumberland in this time was 44 days.  This is quicker than the Edmonton average days on market of 51.
