Glastonbury (Grange and Parkland) Edmonton Real Estate

The Glastonbury Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been very similar to the Edmonton average sold price per square foot throughout 2011.  So far in October and November, the Grange and Parkland neighbourhoods have an identical selling price per square foot as the overall Edmonton average.  The only real divergence for Glastonbury from Edmonton was in the last half of 2010.  The highest sale price recorded in Glastonbury since October 1st was $515,000.  The average time to sell a home in the Grange and Parkland since October 1st has been 56 days, which again is very similar to the Edmonton average of 51 days on market.
