Parkview Valleyview Edmonton Real Estate

The Parkview Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to vastly outperform the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  Parkview had a very strong 4th quarter of 2011 and increased from $354/sq ft to $381/sq ft, meanwhile in the same quarter Edmonton slipped lower.  The highest price recorded this past quarter of 2011 in Parkview was $1,625,000 (highest in Edmonton was $1,800,000).  The average time to sell a home in Parkview/Valleyview was 49 days, a little faster than the Edmonton days on market average of 54 days.
