Highlands average price was stronger quarter over quarter at the end of 2011, Edmonton's average selling price per square foot went the other way and weakened. The highest sale price for a single family home in Highlands in the last quarter of 2011 was $520,000. The fastest sale was in 11 days in the Highlands, and the average time to sell was 50 days. Very close to the overall Edmonton average days on market of 54 days. The highest sale price recorded in the Highlands in 2011 was $728,650, and was not on Ada Boulevard. Interestingly, there was not a single sale last year of a home on Ada on MLS.
