The Ritchie Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot keeps on climbing higher.  The average selling price per square foot in Ritchie increased in the last quarter, while Edmonton's average sold price per square foot softened. In Ritchie, the average sale price per square foot has managed to stay above $300 per square foot for the entire year of 2011.  The highest sale price recorded this past quarter in Ritchie was $420,000.  This is not too far off the Edmonton average of $375,600, and therefore shows how the lot value in Ritchie is quite strong.  The average time to sell a home in Ritchie was 54 days, which is the same as the overall Edmonton average this last quarter of 2011.
