Glenora Edmonton Real Estate

The Glenora Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has come down from the 3rd quarter highs.  That is not too surprising as the 3rd quarter saw a $3,175,000 home sell and skewed the average higher.  That $3,175,000 property was not the highest sale price in Edmonton though. In  2011, the highest sale price recorded on our system was in Crestwood. There were only 3 homes that sold in Edmonton for over 3 million dollars this year.  Glenora did see a lower average sale price per square foot in the fourth quarter, but that is also a little misleading.  In this last quarter of 2011, there was a home I sold in Glenora for lot value only, that home sold for $375,000.  This lot value sale was combined with a couple other fixer uppers and as a result the average sale price per square foot came down this last quarter.
