Larkspur Edmonton Real Estate

The Larkspur Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has moved closer to the Edmonton average the last 2 quarters of 2011.  The Larkspur average selling price per square foot was much softer the first half ot 2011, and now it has recovered.  The highest sale price in Larkspur in 2011 was $450,300.  The average time to sell a home in Larkspur this past quarter was 99 days.  This is quite a bit higher than the Edmonton average of 54 days.  This higher days on market average for Larkspur was due to 3 homes (out of 12 that sold last quarter) that took 180 days or more to sell.  One home in Larkspur took a just under a year to sell!
