Lymburn West Edmonton Real Estate

The Lymburn Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has bounced back from the 3rd quarter lows and finished strongly in the last quarter of 2011.  Lymburn's average selling price per square foot is once again above the Edmonton average.  In fact, 4 out of the last 5 quarters have seen the west end neighbourhood of Lymburn over $280/square foot.  The average time to sell a home this last quarter of 2011 in Lymburn was 58 days, very similar to the Edmonton 54 days on market average.  The highest sale price in Lymburn this past quarter was $361,000 and the highest price for all of 2011 in Lymburn was $400,000.
