Ambleside Edmonton Real Estate

The Ambleside Edmonton real estate average sale price has been fairly steady since the 3rd quarter of 2010.  Ambleside has seen it's average selling price per square foot fluctuate from $217 to $231 over the last 5 quarters.  Ambleside has sold lower per square foot in 2011 than it did in 2010.  Part of this has to do with a higher percentage of RPL lots (smaller lots) with back lanes selling in 2010 than what has sold in 2011.  It is counter intuitive but smaller homes tend to sell for a higher sale price per square foot.  The average time to sell a home in Ambleside this past quarter was 73 days, that is higher than the Edmonton average of 54 days on market.   The highest sale price this last quarter in Ambleside was $547,500 and the highest sale price for all of 2011 in Ambleside was just a bit higher at $550,000.
