MacTaggart Edmonton Real Estate

The MacTaggart Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to be strong with the one exception being the 2nd quarter of 2011.  For most of 2011 MacTaggart has seen it's average selling price per square foot hover in the $300 per square foot range.  The average time to sell a home in MacTaggart is 53 days and that is amazing.  The Edmonton average is 54 days, but you alos have to consider that MacTaggart had an average sale price over $800,000 in 2011.  That is a fast days on market average when the average sale price is double the Edmonton average!  The highest sale price this last quarter in MacTaggart was $1,355,000 and that wasn't the highest for 2011.  That distinction goes to a MacTaggart home that sold for $2,050,000.
