Hodgson Edmonton Real Estate

The Hodgson Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has bounced above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot for several quarters now.  The Hodgson neighbourhood in Riverbend has been stronger than the Edmonton average sale price per square foot since the beginnning of 2010.  The average time to sell a home in Hodgson was 83 days, higher than the Edmonton days on market of 54.  Not too surprising considering the average price in Hodgson was well over $600,000 last year, and homes of this price range normally take a little longer to sell.  The highest sale price in the last quarter of 2011 in Hodgson was $1,005,000.  The highest sale price in Hodgson for the whole year was $1,500,000.
