Sherbrooke Edmonton Real Estate

The Sherbrooke Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot is normally pretty close to the Edmonton selling price per square foot.  The one exception this past year was in the 2nd quarter where Sherbrooke had it's average sold price per square foot drop to $212.  The reason for that drop in Sherbrooke was that a higher percentage of one and a half story style (also known as semi bungalows) sold in that quarter.  75% of the sales were semi bungalows in that quarter, the yearly average is closer to 50%.  The semi bungalows tend to sell much lower per square foot than the traditional bungalow.  The average time to sell a home in Sherbrooke was 53 days, almost identical to the Edmonton average days on market of 54 days last quarter.  The highest sale price in Sherbrooke last quarter was $315,000 and the highest sale price for 2011 in Sherbrooke was $327,000.
