The Crestwood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot did have a huge 2nd quarter in 2011. The average selling price per square foot spiked over $400 in Crestwood, but this was due to a $4 million dollar home sale that skewed the data up. The last quarter of 2011 was weaker for Crestwood, but I expect to see the numbers rebound higher in 2012 in this popular area. The average time to sell a home in Crestwood this last quarter was 91 days, quite a bit higher than the Edmonton average days on market of 54. The highest sale price in Crestwood last quarter was $480,000. The highest sale price for the year was $3,999,000, and that sale happen in the spring in Crestwood. That home was also the highest sale price in Edmonton in 2011. There were two other sales over $3 million in Edmonton, one in Oleskiw and one in Glenora.
