Hillview Edmonton Real Estate

The Hillview Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has softened since the 3rd quarter of 2011.  Hillview saw it's average selling price per square foot climbing and was approaching the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  The data for January and February is based on only one sale in Hillview so the numbers can easily change.  This sale in 2012 was also a handyman special, so the average selling price per square foot will likely climb by the end of the quarter.  The highest sale price in Hillview in 2011 was $440,000.  So far in 2012, the handyman special wins the title of highest price in 2012 at a sizzling $215,000!
